Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2025
Because our services are one-on-one, appointment times are reserved just for you. This policy ensures fair scheduling.
Notice Period
- Studio: at least 24 hours' notice
- Mobile: 48 hours' notice recommended
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Late cancellations may forfeit deposits.
- No-shows require a new deposit for rebooking.
Deposits
- Deposits secure your time slot.
- Non-refundable if cancelled late or missed.
- Can be transferred if rescheduled on time.
Studio vs. Mobile
Mobile bookings may have additional travel or rescheduling fees due to setup time.
Business Right to Reschedule
In rare cases, such as illness or weather, we may reschedule your appointment with notice.
